In short

What is the Rip Zip & Dip tour?

Rip Zip & Dip is a 7-hour guided adventure day tour in Sabeto Valley near Nadi, Fiji, run by Discover Fiji (Rosie Travel Group). It bundles four experiences into one day — an electric-bike countryside ride, a jungle zipline flight, the Tifajek mud pools and hot springs, and a 4WD ride to an organic farm lunch. It costs FJ$385 per person, is open to guests aged 16 and over, caps groups at 11 guests, and includes return transfers from Nadi, Denarau and Wailoaloa hotels.

It suits travellers who want the highlights of inland Viti Levu in a single day without organising four separate bookings, and it pairs well with a Nadi or Denarau resort stay.

  • Four activities, one booking, one guide
  • Pedal-assist e-bikes — no cycling experience needed
  • Zipline gear, briefing and guides supplied
  • Natural volcanic mud and thermal hot springs
  • Cooked Fijian lunch grown on the farm you visit

Where it happens

Sabeto Valley, 25 minutes inland from Nadi

The tour operates in the Sabeto Valley on Viti Levu, beneath the Sleeping Giant range and a short drive from Nadi International Airport. Pick-ups run from hotels across Nadi town, Martintar, Wailoaloa Beach and Denarau Island. Guests staying on the Coral Coast, in Lautoka or at Vuda can join with a transfer surcharge arranged at booking.
